Dr. Chris McMillan currently serves as the International Director of Trainers of Pastors International Coalition (TOPIC).  With more than 30 years in ministry across more than 30 countries, Chris has a passion for accelerating gospel impact through training, mentoring, and strategic partnership.  Through his work with TOPIC, Chris partners with leaders around the world to increase Bible training opportunities.  Their goal is to see every church in the world healthy, growing, and led by a trained pastor.
