Catalyst Community Church is an "elder-led, member-governed" church.  This means that a group of qualified and selected elders spiritually lead and teach the church, and the congregation votes on all major decisions.  All who attend Catalyst are welcome to stay for the meeting, however only Catalyst Partners are eligible to vote.
