So often when the topic of church growth is discussed, the focus is the number of people attending and/or the size of the giving received.  While these are growth indicators, they are not the full picture of what a growing healthy church should look like. At Catalyst, we view growth as a three-dimensional goal. We want to grow in our capacity, community, and maturity. Each of these areas is an important focus. Like a three-legged stool, we believe our growth must be balanced for the church to be on solid footing. Each of our key areas of growth have a clear plan and path to help each person find where they are and take a next step. Here is what growth looks like at Catalyst.
