Ministries at Catalyst

There are a lot of different ways to get connected at Catalyst.

Catalyst Kids

At Catalyst Church, our kids (infant through 5th grade) experience safe, age-appropriate environments where they learn about Jesus in a creative and relevant way. We offer Nursery, Toddler, Pre-K, and Elementary classes during the Sunday morning service. Our Elementary Kids' class includes worship, teaching, and engaging activities.

The safety of the kids in our church family is a priority, so all volunteers working with the children must pass a background check before serving. All children must also be checked in before they are dropped off to class.

How check-in works

Before Service: You can check in your child at our check-in table at the entrance to the children's wing. After finding your child’s name in the database, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will wear the name tag portion while you hold onto the matching tag.

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

New to Catalyst:  If this is your child's first time with us, our staff will assist you in entering them in our system so that we may create a tag for both you and your child.

We would love to see you and your family visit Catalyst Kids. If you have any questions or concerns you would like answered first, please email us.

Remix Youth Ministry

Remix is the youth ministry (6th through 12th grade) of Catalyst and meets on Sunday nights at 6:00pm. Remix operates on a simple but direct mission statement: "Come as you are, just don't stay that way." A typical youth night will include worship, teaching, games, small group discussions, and more than a little bit of laughter. Our students also regularly do events like pool parties, scavenger hunts, and trips, and go to summer camp every year. There's always something going on at Remix.

Celebrate Recovery

Celebrate Recovery (CR) is a program to help those struggling with hurts, habits, and hang-ups by showing them the loving power of Jesus Christ through a recovery process. It is based on the actual words of Jesus rather than psychological theory. CR helps with more than just drug and alcohol addiction; in fact, only 1 in 3 participants come to address drug and alcohol addiction. Others seek recovery from the effects of codependency, eating disorders, depression, and more. Let us know how we can help you.

CR meets every Monday night at Catalyst at 6:15pm for a light supper, and the program begins at 7:00pm. If you have any questions about Celebrate Recovery, please click here to email Bob, our CR ministry leader.

Catalyst Worship

The worship team at Catalyst is comprised of vocalists, musicians, and technicians who work together to make our worship services as excellent and engaging as possible. Whether you are singing and playing on the stage or supporting the sound, screens, and streams from the back, the worship ministry of Catalyst is an engaging team to be a part of.

If you are interested in learning more about our worship ministry, please click here to email Melanie, our worship minister.

Men's Fraternity

Men's Fraternity is the ministry for men at Catalyst. They meet together on the first Wednesday night of each month for 'man-tastic teaching' with Pastor Bill, and a monthly breakfast on the third Saturday. Our men also serve in various positions in our church and do service-based projects in our community. The journey of manhood is not to be taken lightly or alone.

If you have any questions about Men's Fraternity, please click here to email Gerry, our men's ministry leader.

Woven Ladies Ministry

Woven is the ministry for ladies at Catalyst. They meet together on the second Wednesday of each month for a time of food, teaching, and discussion. They also take trips and attend conferences together. The ladies of Catalyst are welcoming and unassuming. Everyone is welcome, period.
